  • It’s hot: The James Beard winner, Chef Hastings of the Hot & Hot Fish Club, hosts an “In the Kitchen” cooking demonstration at the Pepper Place Farmer’s Market this Saturday, June 4. Attend the free demonstration from 9 to 9:30 a.m. to learn how to prepare his signature mini tomato salad. .

2. Cheeky Boots

  • Why go? During this Tony Award-winning production, follow Charlie Price who reluctantly inherited his father’s near-bankrupt shoe factory. After meeting a fabulous artist named Lola, the atypical duo work together to straighten out the factory.
